Outdoor activities in our local parks for young people aged 5 – 11

Enjoy 2 hours of arts and crafts, hunting for mini beasts and a range of fun sports activities.

Only 20 spaces per session and they MUST BE PREBOOKED.

Mondays (crafts & sports)

Sessions at 10am-12noon and 12.30pm-2.30pm

• All activities are provided free of charge
• Water will be provided

• Do not bring anything with you other than a sun hat and required medication
• Maximum of 20 young people per session
• Open to young people aged 5-10
• Sessions are not open to any young person who is vulnerable due to an underlying health condition or who lives with a vulnerable person who is shielding
• Sessions are not open to any young person, or anyone within their household has symptoms of/has been diagnosed with of Covid-19
• All attendees will need to have a completed registration form and have their temperature taken before taking part in activities. Any attendees with a raised temperature will not be allowed to take part
• Hand hygiene and equipment sanitization will be provided
• By registering young people to take part, parents/carers are acknowledging that there is a risk of exposure to Coronavirus even in an outdoor public place, where people are present and accept that Heart of Pitsea have taken every precaution possible to mitigate any risk of contamination.
• Personal social distancing must be adhered to at all times
• Contact details will be retained for 21 days and will be provided to NHS Track and Trace if they are requested
